Fall, Faith and Fitness 8-week Challenge
The Fall, Faith, & Fitness Challenge is an 8 week program designed to help you fall back into good habits all season long! Not only will we be focusing on our growth inside the gym but we will also be focusing on our relationship with God & our mental well being! Seasonal depression and sadness is a real thing and I’ve made it my job to break bad habits that will send us down a never ending hole of loneliness and inconsistency!
